Windows 10: I am trying to send videos, pictures from my Windows 10 PC to my sister's IPAD in another...

She is unable to open any. Do you have a solution to this?

can't send pictures or video and can't see any pictures or videos that someone sends

I try to send a picture to family and friends and what not but it doesn't let me it's the sane with sending a video and when someone sends me a picture or video it yelled Mr to download it and I try to bit it loss and them just said to download again
I have tried to do it with my old phone to I just got my older sisters window 10a a few weeks ago and it still does it I kept sd card though .

 

Quick Access not searching Pictures folder

Summary, that last suggestion didn't work.

• I moved the pictures to another folder temporarily.

• Then I tried to remove the Pictures folder with option one at Add or Remove Folders from This PC in Windows 10 | Windows 10 Tutorials. Even after rebooting, the Pictures folder remained.
• So I tried using option two. Same thing: reboot >> Pictures folder still there.

• Since there were no troubleshooting steps for this scenario, just for the heck of it, I ran through the restore steps. Copied some pictures into the Pictures folder, ran a Quick Access search and initial problem remains: Searching all of QA doesn't find any files in Pictures folder, running search on just the Pictures folder does. I want to run a global search and find matching files in any/all of the Documents, Music, Videos, and Pictures folders.

That article dates from 2015 and I'm guessing is out of date. I hope it didn't create potential future problems in my registry.

Bottom line: I'm still looking for a fix.

 

Sending a video.

Hi again,

We are trying to send these videos to an iPad. We have done as you have suggested, they have been sent and arrive into the inbox, but they will not play. We have tried a zipped folder plus a full size video. Any more suggestions?
