Windows 10: I am trying to buy windows 10 pro upgrade, but the Microsoft Store gets stuck.

I have deleted and reset the cache, and the AI support also gets stuck and I can't reach anyone to help.

• When exactly does the Windows 10 pro upgrade gets stuck? - After i purchased it from the microsoft online store and after clicking no on save files before upgrade (or something like that ), i go back to the screen and i see working on it ....

What i did, is that after awhile, it seems to be stuck, i restarted the laptop.

I'll revert back to windows 7 then.

When I still was on windows 7, about a year ago I added 4GB extra ram which is a total of 8GB now,
is that causing the problem?
