Windows 10: I am having Bluetooth issues. please guide me. Kindly tell me the step to follow.

I am having Bluetooth issues. My Bluetooth device show connected but the audio is coming through laptop speaker. When i am plugging in my wired headphone still sound is coming through laptop speaker. I have watched so many videos on this but all the videos is showing about intel Bluetooth driver but my laptop has Realtek Bluetooth adapter so, i am confused if i should follow the instruction showing in the video or not. please guide me. My laptop is victus and my window version is 24H2. I have already tried to update my window and driver but it's not helping. Kindly tell me the step to follow.

steps for overclocking

im new to oc'ing and after reading the documentation for ati tool i am still confused about what needs to be done first. the quick start guide says scan for artifacts in step 2 and then says step 3 and 4 are finding max core and memory, respectively. but at the bottom in the revised quick start guide it makes no mention of scanning for artifacts.
can i safely follow the simple instructions in the revised quick start guide or is that missing important information??
if anyone can link me to the step by step instuctions for ocing my x 850 xt or tell me that the revised quick start guide will suffice that would be sweet.
