I am getting fd argument error while launching the onvue application can some one please help on this immediately

On launching one GIS software i am getting 0xc000007b error. please help with suggestions.

The error code 0xc000007b is usually occurring when Windows is trying to launch a corrupted program or application. For us to provide an effective solution, we would need you to answer the following questions:

• Which build, version and edition of Windows is installed on your computer?
• What GIS software are you trying to launch?
• Are you getting the same error when you are trying to open other programs and applications on your PC?

Get Started app wont launch

Suggest you to run the Windows Store Apps troubleshooter by following the steps below:

• Type “Troubleshooting” in search bar and press Enter.
• Click on “View All” on top left pane.
• Select “Windows Store Apps” from the list and follow the prompts for troubleshooting.

Can't launch any applications

Hi,

This error message will show if the application or program that you are trying to open was been blocked by Windows Defender SmartScreen. Having said that, we suggest that you disable Windows Defender SmartScreen by following these steps:

• Click on Start.
• Type Windows Defender Security Center.
• Click on App & browser control.
• Click on Off in the following options:
  • Check apps and files.
  • SmartScreen for Microsoft Edge.
  • SmartScreen for Windows Store apps.
• SmartScreen is now completely disabled. If you'd like to still receive a warning when a potentially malicious file or program is detected, you can choose Warn in each SmartScreen option.
