Windows 10: Hunterspider V-3 not working on windows 10

I purchased a Hunterspider V-3 Headset late last year. It was working perfectly until suddenly, I could no longer use my microphone or camera on my computer. I fixed this issue, as it was because of a new setting which was added in an update. This setting in Privacy was the ability to allow programs to use my microphone and camera. After I had turned those on, I decided to reuse my Hunterspider headset, but no audio could play. The camera and microphone work, with or without the headset plugged in, but the audio will play, but not be heard only when the headset is unplugged. Please, if anyone knows how to fix this, help.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.
