Windows 10: Huion KAMVAS 22 streams my computer display but the pen doesn't work can you help me find...

Computer system Win10.After I bought a new computer i move my hdd from old pc to new one. I cleen all HDD and reinstal window. Before that tablet was working perfectly but now it only streams display but the pen doesn't work. I try to instal driver from Huion website and use thier program for it and nothing. Also its not working on any other computer even with win11. I m out of options. Ask me for whatevery you need as informations if you are able to help i will be so grateful. I m sory for my language skill i hope its understendable.

Huion Kamvas 22 Plus Device disconnected.

My Kamvas 22 plus says "device disconnected" in the driver menu. I have replaced the cable already and I was told by Huion Support that my tablet is broken which I find odd, because as a monitor it works perfectly fine, I just can't use the pen. It has worked perfectly fine before, but I don't know what changed. The next day when I turned on my PC it just stopped working and it just said "device disconnected".

I did get a new computer, but I don't remember whether it has stopped working after I switched to my new computer or later. It definitely has worked on my old computer, but I cannot test that anymore. I am although pretty sure that it has worked on my new computer for a whlie though.

I have tested it on my laptop and it hasn't worked there either, but my laptop doesn't support all the ports necessary for the 3 in 1 cable.

After doing a bit of research myself I have seen that there are plenty of people with the exact same issue. It has worked perfectly fine before so I doubt that it is an issue with the tablet. Sure Huion may think that it is broken, but they haven't made any efforts in actually analyzing anything.

I personally believe that it may be windows recognizing the Kamvas 22 plus as a generic monitor without pen function. I can't believe that it is the tablet being broken, I just think that the driver and windows had some sort of conflict.

Things I've tried:

Reinstalling driver

Reinstalling driver without internet or antivirus on

Uninstalling newest driver and installing an older driver version sent by Huion

Replacing the 3 in 1 cable (I couldn't test the USB-C to USB-C cable, because my PC doesn't have a dedicated USB-C port that would be compatible)

Testing it on my laptop with the newest Huion driver (has not worked)

Updating windows drivers via device manager

Running windows troubleshooter

Trying to manually select the Huion driver via "Let me pick" in device manager (It didn't show up)

This is everything that I remember off the top of my head. The only option known to me that I have left is to update to Windows 11 from Windows 10.

The tablet is showing up in "Bluetooth & other devices" as "Kamvas 22plus"

When I plug the USB from the 3 in 1 cable in, it also shows "HUION HID" in the device manager.

Huion support is telling me to simply buy a new tablet, but I genuinely think that something is missing on my computer.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Understanding that you are displaying a disconnected connection when connecting your Huion Kamvas 22 Plus device, if you believe that it is not a problem with the device itself, but rather a system or computer problem, considering that you have done a lot of system level troubleshooting. I would suggest that you run a test, find a device that supports USB-C ports, connect it and test it, does it work? This will more quickly help us pinpoint the possible issue. Huion Kamvas Pro 16 not detected by driver

Last month I bought a Huion Kamvas Pro 16, installed the driver, and it was working perfectly. I tried again this month and suddenly my driver will not detect my driver. The screen works but I can't utilise the tablet to it's full capability without the driver. It does work on another computer I tested so we know it's not the hardware, but I we weren't able to figure out why it won't work on my computer. I have gone through Huion support and they suggested that I asked computer support instead because they believe it to be a problem with my computer.

Things we tried:

1. reinstalled the driver
   
2. installed an older version of the driver
   
3. tested different usb slots
   
4. reinstalled the computer system
   
5. tried to run after clean boot
   
6. they sent me wintab32.dll to download and put into C:/WINDOWS/System32 and C:/WINDOWS/SYSwow64
   

I'm out of ideas and I just want to be able to use my tablet again!
