    My Huion drawing tablet started giving me issues about 2 weeks ago, coincidentally when 2 KB5034122 updates happened. I managed to uninstall one of them, but it won't let me uninstall the other, which is a security update.I contacted Huion support, and they told me to reinstall the Huion driver many times, check if all my cables were properly connected, and buy a new 3-in-1 cable, which I did, but it didn't solve the issue. I refuse to believe that it has something to do with hardware; you cannot tell me everything worked fine and now it doesn't. Please tell me what to do or release a new upda

    Huion Kamvas 22 Plus Device disconnected.

    My Kamvas 22 plus says "device disconnected" in the driver menu. I have replaced the cable already and I was told by Huion Support that my tablet is broken which I find odd, because as a monitor it works perfectly fine, I just can't use the pen. It has worked perfectly fine before, but I don't know what changed. The next day when I turned on my PC it just stopped working and it just said "device disconnected".

    I did get a new computer, but I don't remember whether it has stopped working after I switched to my new computer or later. It definitely has worked on my old computer, but I cannot test that anymore. I am although pretty sure that it has worked on my new computer for a whlie though.

    I have tested it on my laptop and it hasn't worked there either, but my laptop doesn't support all the ports necessary for the 3 in 1 cable.

    After doing a bit of research myself I have seen that there are plenty of people with the exact same issue. It has worked perfectly fine before so I doubt that it is an issue with the tablet. Sure Huion may think that it is broken, but they haven't made any efforts in actually analyzing anything.

    I personally believe that it may be windows recognizing the Kamvas 22 plus as a generic monitor without pen function. I can't believe that it is the tablet being broken, I just think that the driver and windows had some sort of conflict.

    Things I've tried:

    Reinstalling driver

    Reinstalling driver without internet or antivirus on

    Uninstalling newest driver and installing an older driver version sent by Huion

    Replacing the 3 in 1 cable (I couldn't test the USB-C to USB-C cable, because my PC doesn't have a dedicated USB-C port that would be compatible)

    Testing it on my laptop with the newest Huion driver (has not worked)

    Updating windows drivers via device manager

    Running windows troubleshooter

    Trying to manually select the Huion driver via "Let me pick" in device manager (It didn't show up)

    This is everything that I remember off the top of my head. The only option known to me that I have left is to update to Windows 11 from Windows 10.

    The tablet is showing up in "Bluetooth & other devices" as "Kamvas 22plus"

    When I plug the USB from the 3 in 1 cable in, it also shows "HUION HID" in the device manager.

    Huion support is telling me to simply buy a new tablet, but I genuinely think that something is missing on my computer.

    Any help is greatly appreciated!

    1. Driver Installation:

      • Restart your computer.
      • Download the latest driver for your Huion Kamvas 22 from the Huion official website. Be sure to download the driver that matches your Windows version.
      • Temporarily disable your antivirus software to prevent it from interfering with the driver installation.
