Windows 10: HP DesignJet 70

Hi, I have an admittedly elderly HP Designjet 70 A2 printer which has worked reliably for a number of years. However, on using it this year, the preferences page is offering different options from previously, most notably paper size, and most annoyingly notably, no longer offering A2 as an option the largest A size it now offers is A3. There are a number of options including ANSI C and Super C/A2, which are close to but not the same as A2.I'm guessing the driver has been updated, and not to my advantage. Is there a way of rolling back to the driver that worked, and of stopping it updating its

HP DesignJet 130 not printing

I work on HP printers and have had several calls the past five days The only workaround I have found is to download the DesignJet T120 driver for 24” plotters and then the T520 for the 42” plotters and this has worked for several people.

The only fallback is the T520 is a 36 inch plotter so that’s as wide as you’ll be able to print not 42”.

I am going to try the other gentleman’s post about uninstalling the updates and see if that does correct it. But if you need a quick fix, download the Designjet t120 driver and it will print.

There aren't any drivers provided by HP for HP designjet for Windows 10.

To get DVD player to work, you have to install the DVD drivers from the manufacturer website.

If the drive is not showing up in the Device Manager try the following:

• Press Windows key + X and select Command Prompt (Admin)
• Then, at the command prompt type the following ( you can copy and paste) and press "Enter":
• reg.exe add "HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\atapi\Controller0" /f /v EnumDevice1 /t REG_DWORD /d 0x00000001
• Restart the computer.
