Windows 10: HP Designjet 500 24 no longer working on 2 PCs with Windows 10 Version 21H1 and Windows 10...

Two of my co-workers can no longer print to the HP Designjet 500 24. Problem started about 3-4 weeks ago. My PC is printing to the HP Designjet 500 24 with no problems and was recently upgraded to Windows 11 Version 21H2. Is there a patch that would fix this problem? As mentioned in the subject line, one computer is Windows 10/Version 21H1 and one computer is Windows 10/Version 20H2

I have same problem with my printer hp designjet 500, I did download the Windows 10, version 1909 (KB4567512), now when I print it crash my windows, blue screen? any advise please

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
