    Hi! I’m trying to turn off Caret browsing but it won’t let me, I’ve tried, f7+fn and fn+esc and it does not work, the buttons f2,f3/brightess will not work and f6,f7,and f8 does not work, it’s getting frustrating because i usually watch stuff on my computer so it’s hard not using volume buttons. I’ve tried turning it off in Microsoft edge, chrome, and it doesn’t work. Everytime I press f7 it’s just turns back on.Please respond!Thank you!

    Hi, I’m Nicole, I’ll be happy to help you out today.

    Check if the F7 key is stuck or not. If no, try updating the keyboard drivers from Device Manager (accessible if you right-click Start button in taskbar and choose the app from the list).

    How do i turn of caret browsing?

    So i accidentally turned caret browsing on and now i cannot turn it off! Like whenever i press f7 it only decreases volume. Please somebody help, this is very annoying How To Turn Off Caret Browsing :(

    If F7 reduces volume, does pressing the Fn key + F7 turn off Caret Browsing?

    If it does, try pressing Fn +Esc to turn off the need to press the Fn key.
