Windows 10: How to stop these pop ups?

Hello.I have a gaming laptop that runs on Windows 11. I have this problem where it happens every time at start up or when I just turned on the laptop.Here is the link to the video to see what do I mean:Window Pop UpOpened my Task Scheduler to see what and I see Asustek task or something like that the name. I even disabled it, restart my laptop, same problem, delete the task but the task appear again it just repeat itself.I don't know when or how it started as I use my laptop normally. Never downloaded anything from suspicious websites and just happens.I tried running the Windows Defender Full

Pop-up blocker helps user to prevent pop-ups from displaying in a user's Web browser.

Follow these steps to block pop-ups in Internet Explorer:

• Open Internet Explorer.
• Open the gear icon at the upper right of the Internet Explorer.
• Select Internet Options.
• Under Privacy tab, put a check mark on Turn on Pop-up Blocker.
• Click OK.

Follow these steps to block pop-ups in Microsoft Edge:

• Open Microsoft Edge.
• Open More (icon with three dots) and select Settings.
  
• Click View advanced settings.
• Turn Block pop-ups to On.
