Windows 10: How to stop it saying "You've entered an incorrect PIN several times"

When I go to put my pin in on my pc, it says “You’ve entered an incorrect pin PIN several times. To try again, enter A1B2C3 below.”. I do that, I put my pin in correctly, and then I log in. But, this keeps showing up and it is starting to annoy me. It's been like this for the past few days. Let me restate: I put my pin in CORRECTLY and it still shows this. Can someone please tell me how to get rid of this?

I will try waiting several days as you did. When steps are suggested they aren't understanding that there are no choice...the screen just says you have entered the wrong pin too many times....that's all. Then restart your computer. No other choices are
on the screen.

• Enter the correct PIN
• Click "Login options" then log in with your password
• Wait until the timeout that you see on the screen has expired
• Log on with the spare admin account that you wisely created some time ago, same as you had a spare key cut for your house.

i was changing my desktop pin number

a simple switch

i entered the correct pin nimber

entered the new pin number

confirmed new pin number

told incorrect

changed it and thought it was missing a number or symbol

did it again

again told incorrect

did it again with another new number

again incorrect

quit

returned to working on desktop no problems

later restarted computer to update

when i went put the pin number in

this appeared

You've entered an incorrect PIN too many times. To try again, restart your device."

then a code appeared A1B2C3

typed it and put in the orginal pin number

incorrect , put in the last pin incorrect and now im locked out

idk what to do
