Windows 10: How to Stop getting preview updates after I already opted out of Windows insider...

Hello, I opted out of Windows insider preview but I am still getting preview builds. Now I'm in a situation where its trying to force update me a "Windows 11 insider preview" when I simply do not want to do that. I want to continue getting Windows 10 updates. I've already tried doing the clean installation with 22H2 iso, it didn't work. Specs:CPU: i5 7600kGPU RTX 3060 12g OCSTORAGE: 980 pro w heatsinkRAM: 32gb corsair vengeance proMotherboard: MS-7a72Screenshots of my problem below:

Insider Preview Opt out permanently

I am on build 10565, and I want to permanently opt out of Insider preview builds.

Under Advanced update options, if I click on Stop Insider Preview builds. it gives me a pop-up window. There is a link inside the window to 'Stop receiving Insider Preview builds' which redirects to here - Join the Windows Insider Program and manage Insider settings - Microsoft Support

This page advises the user to go to advanced options and click on Stop Insider preview. Stuck in loop here. Can someone please help?

Also, is there a way to go back to 10240 from 10565?

I am using windows 10 enterprise edition. I opted insider preview build. now I want to opted out from this. so I have selected opted out after next window release. But I was busy so I forgot to update fall creator update. now it's showing insider preview
update 17025. Can I update to fall creator update after updating 17025. I have windows 10 update assistant.
