Windows 10: How to Stop a Surface Pro 4 Stuck in a Loop

I am trying to Reset my computer but there is this message that says "The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered a unexpected error. windows installation cannot proceed. to install Windows click ok To restart the computer and then restart the installation" and it keeps on coming back after I press ok all I can go to is the UEFI I cannot get to the homepage so Is there another way then using a USB.

Rebooted Surface Pro 4 with the USB which installs Windows 10 but it's stuck on Windows setup

Rebooted again the surface pro 4 since it was stuck booting to Surface UEFI followed the same instructions as the lady who posted this question "Surface Pro 4 stuck booting to Surface UEFI? Loop". Did all the steps but when it came to setting up windows
I can't click on anything in the windoes setup, I can't even click next to continue to the next step. Funny thing is that if I remove the USB and open the Surface UEFI I can press and interact with the screen.

Please help before I smash this tablet, I've been frustrated for days. It shouldn't be this frustrating to use a product that's catered to everyone.

Thanks for pointing me at that but I'm afraid it didn't work - only got me back to the SURFACE UEFI screen.

I'm really struggling with this and may have to return the device. Pity, it's a replacement for my previous Surface 4 pro with which I was very happy (in fact typing this on it).
