Windows 10: How to solve error code 8007012A?

Hii,I dont know when, but at some point after an update I couldnot log in in my one drive account. The errors I get are 80090016 and 8007012A. I did deleted the TMP and I did check the troubleshooter options for windows and it detected a problem with microsoft. Then I checked with cmd, restarted my computer and it still doesnot work. I also cannot open any microsoft apps like word, powerpoint or onedrive. On different laptops my microsoft schoolaccount works and I have no problem with logging in.

BIOS error codes

So I have motherboard with installed small LED screen, which presents BIOS error codes.

Where can I find a list of those errors. And I don't mean beep codes, but the "number" codes.

Ex after installing sound card, the motherboard startup fails with the code 15.
