Windows 10: How to schedule a free exam that had to be cancelled.

Hi there, I was awarded one free exam as part of the MS Challenge I took last year.I chose Azure Fundamentals Exam no: AZ-900 but for various reasons, I had to cancel it and couldn't reschedule it during the timeframe I cancelled since there was a message that didn't allow me to proceed and I was prompted to contact support but I was not able to do that at the time. Now that I want to find a way to schedule the same exam again, it was a voucher which I don't have the information for anymore I can't do it since I would have to pay. I have the emails with the original scheduled exam and exa

Not able to view my scheduled exam

I registered for online Microsoft exam on 14th April for tomorrow. But now I could not see my scheduled exam in Dashboard and while clicking onto "Start my previously scheduled.." ot says the Sign in is not supported. I tried all the browsers and also
in private browser, still the issue. Please help me find a solution ASAP

 

Exam Retake - AZ-500 update

Hello Moderator,

My private messages is blank so I cannot see update to my AZ-500 exams retake issues. Could you please update me on where you are with the investigation on why exams on 12/31/2021 was cancelled . No refund given, no re-scheduling arranged. Hope to hear back soon.
