Windows 10: How to restore back the missing registry for HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-20

How to restore back the missing registry for HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-20? When i run excel program there is a popup message said "Microsoft Office cannot verify the license for this product. You should repair the Office program by using Control Panel." But in excel, Account - the product is activate.
