Windows 10: How to repair OnDemandBrokerClient.dll

My computer has been running slowly recently and Microsoft apps such as Word and Powerpoint would consistently freeze. All updates have been applied. I used the System File Checked tool to scan for issues and the DISM tool to repair/update any problems. This process repaired some errors, however the SFC log still reports that 'OnDemandBrokerClient.dll' cannot be repaired:" CSI 000001ab [SR] Cannot repair member file [l:24]'OnDemandBrokerClient.dll' of Microsoft-Windows-Background-OnDemandBroker-Client, version 10.0.19041.746, arch Host= amd64 Guest= x86, nonSxS, pkt {l:8 b:31bf3856ad364e35}

DLL Missing

The problem is, that the required DLL is not actually even listed there.
There are just dozens of download adware links from the top to the bottom.

Why don't I just go back and indicate that on my original post? That way there's access to the 'step-by-step' instructions, which are accessed via those green 'plus' signs next to the topics.

Programs not working

In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
Are you able to follow them?
In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.
