Windows 10: How to remove UK English from windows 10?

How to remove Uk english from my language list as image 1, I can't get it on the language control panel like windows xp?


for me, it doesn't matter what English I use, but I it's default as UK English and when it's UK English gives me " shift +2 " gives me " and "shift +'" gives me "@" and unexpected other signs. I don't like this. Windows again bothers me when I can't find the tool to remove it.

please help.

Get Cortana to work in English (UK) for Windows 10

I upgraded to Windows 10, and Cortana doesn’t seem to be available based on the Start Menu:

but when I click the link, it takes me to this page:





which suggests it should be available in the UK, since I've checked

• my language settings are English (UK),
  
• I have the English (UK) language pack installed, and
  
• the speech settings are also set to English (UK).
  

I think this is everything, right?  It certainly ticks the boxes in the Microsoft help article.

How can I get Cortana up & running?

 

Can't remove English UK keyboard after windows update

Hey,

I updated my Windows 10 with the latest update over the weekend.

When I signed in today I found that my Default language was changed from English (US) to English (UK) and that the English(UK) keyboard was added as well.

I managed to change the default language back to English (US) by downloading the language pack but I can't seem to remove the UK keyboard at all.

When clicking the keyboard the Remove option is grayed out (as is the US keyboard's option).

To add to the weirdness, I also have another keyboard layout that doesn't appear in the list of keyboards or their Options.

Help?

 

Remove UK English

Hi, I want to have 2 languages - US English and Hebrew.

For some reason, I also have UK English - without the option to remove. Very annoying.





I have Windows 10 pro it that matters.

Please make the explanation simple as possible
