Windows 10: How to Remove this Keyboard layout

I want to remove the English US German Layout. idk why it's still there, I don't have any other language pack installed and I cant find a language pack that correlates to this keyboard layout. in regedit the English international one and a different one are left but the other one has no number code specified to itcan someone help me?

Hi, For some unknown reasons I have this african (???) keyboard layout added to the keyboard switcher list. I don't want it. How can I remove it? Thanks! EDIT: To clarify this: I have never added this layout, and it is not present in the list at the settings pane.

This suggests to me that you are using the wrong "keyboard language" for your keyboard, and that therefore you first step would be to determine exactly what language keyboard you have. Possibly have a look at Windows Keyboard Layouts - Globalization | Microsoft Docs.

(The age of any laptop capable of running Windows 10 at all should not be a problem as regards keyboard layout)
