So, as I couldn't find a response I worked it through myself.When the folder, program, app and all other delete, remove or bin options fail...log in as administrator to powershell and delete the files and folders from there.To do so you need some basic knowledge on how to navigate and delete, This should be enough to help you.Move to the location of the DS4 folder:cd C:\Users\skept\OneDrive\Desktop\Delete the files and folders:del .\ManagedDevcon.dllThen empty the bin and always reboot.

Broken Internet Driver after DS4 is connected

At first. I thought it was this program for emulating the DS4 controller as an Xbox controller. So I removed it. But it still occurs when I plug in and out the DS4 controller. The internet drops to 0 then disabled itself.
