Windows 10: How to prevent users from switching to physical machine in cloud pc

Hi,We have deployed the cloud PC for our customer however they have strict requirement which to disable or not allowed to toggle out back to physical machines after logged in cloud PC. We did try both Web base remote and RDP tool which both are allowed switching back to physical machines. We did explore Windows 365 boot feature however it's still in public review and it's not accepted on our customer environment.Hope to looking for value advise.thanks Ricky Su

Cant switch users in Windows 10

Please share a few details:

  What exactly happens when you try to switch users?
  
• 
  Do you receive any error message/code?
  
• 
  Did you make any changes to the computer prior to this issue?
  

I suggest you to follow the below steps to Switch users.

• 
  Press Ctrl + Alt + Del key altogether.
  
• 
  Click on Switch User.
  
• 
  Select the user with which you want to login.
  

If computer starts up with a user other than the one you want, login to that user account and switch user to the account that you need and check.

Why is my PC being mistaken for a virtual machine

I was trying to take an exam on Pearson Vue and keep encountering this error. Don't know what to do

The issues below could prevent exam launch.

It appears you are running on a virtual machine.

• Please restart check-in on a physical machine.
  
• You cannot proceed checking in until you are on a physical machine.

Physical Machine not connected to Hyper-V systems

But to create external switch we have not connected physical machine in our premise network. hence we setup virtual switch and through that wanted to connect physical machine with all hyper-v machines. I hope u understood my setup.
