Windows 10: how to make the screen on my laptop automatically flip when enterring tablet mode

whenever i try flip my laptop screen round into tablet mode in doesn't sense it and so doesn't change the screen orientation ive tried to update the sensor driver but it didn't notice any problems and I've gone into the tablet settings but even when its set to automatically flip the screen it just doesn't

Unfortunately my question is not related to make switching to tablet mode automatic when flipping the laptop.

I would like to know how to activate automatically the touch screen on my laptop when I flip it to use it as a tablet.
