  1. How to know if a network card is bad

I woke up today to my computer having no Internet connection and completely unable to connect to Wi-Fi or Ethernet. I've asked Microsoft Support for help and even they are pretty stumped and will have to reschedule to continue, but I wanted to see what others had to say. I wanted to know if there's a chance it's just my Network Card, because the other option is buying a Windows laptop to clean install it. The Ethernet port has a blinking yellow light and a solid orange light when I plug it in, and the Device Manager says that both the Ethernet and Wi-Fi network adapters are working properly. D
