Windows Update KB5034441 Fails with 0x80070643

Hi I just got a Windows update KB5034441 today that fails with 0x80070643. Is there an easier way to resize the recovery partition other than as per here perhaps with a GUI? The recovery partition having insufficient space causes the failure correct?

By default, WinRE is assigned its own partition. And the KB5034441 update itself is about BitLocker/WinRE.
