Windows 10: How to globally disable efficiency mode?

Can anyone tell me how to disable efficiency mode for all apps? It mainly triggers on Chrome and Solidworks, two apps I don't want to have resource restrictions. Also may machine has 48 cores so available resources are not an issue in any case. I know you can turn in off per process in task manager but I don't want it to activate at all.

I cannot disable efficiency mode for firefox.

How do I permanently disable this feature for Firefox? The option to do so is greyed out in the task manager. For other programs, efficiency mode can be enabled and disabled, but not for Firefox, which is also the only program to be in efficiency mode. I do not want my browser to run unnecessarily poorly.

Open "Power and Sleep Settings" from the Start menu.

On the "Power and Sleep Settings" page, click the "Related Settings" link to see "Additional Settings".

Under "Efficiency Mode", click "Change current plan".

In the "Additional Power Settings" section, disable "Efficiency Mode" or select "High Performance" mode.

Optimising Settings to Improve Browser Performance:

Your web browser's settings may include some settings to improve performance. For example, you can try switching your browser's graphics acceleration on or off.
