Windows 10: How to get out of defaultuser0

Hello, I have a problem with my pc. When I start my computer it always take for ever to load and when it does I getting into the defaultuser0 account and I tried every thing like trying password reset wizard it doesn’t work so I try to go into trouble shot advanced options, and Reset this PC and remove everything on it and when it’s deleting everything or restarting everything on the computer it automatically gives me the blue screen and says something is wrong with this pc we are doing to restart it for you I do not know what’s wrong. I also tried redownloading windows it has a different pro

I suggest you to follow these steps to remove the user account from your computer and check if that helps.

  Press “Windows key + R” and type “netplwiz” press Enter.

  Select the user account (defaultuser0), click the remove button.
  

Follow the on-screen directions to complete the process. Once this is done restart the pc for the changes to take place.

I will be glad to help you with the issue you have with the user account.

Defaultuser0 is a system user profile used when Windows is setting up, before any user accounts have been created. It should and usually does disappear after first reboot after installation. If the profile folder remains in Users folder, it's safe to manually
delete it.

If you don't need the user account, you can delete it.

Delete the 'DefaultUser0' folder from C:\Users\

Delete the 'DefaultUser0' registry entry from:

HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList\

Click on each of the listed profiles and check the 'ProfielImagePath' entry to verify the associated profile.

Delete the user with net user defaultuser0 /delete

Windows 11 Defaultuser0

After a Windows update the defaultuser0 profile showed up on my laptop. I deleted the user profile from the accounts tab in settings but defaultuser0 still tries to sign on upon restart/reboot and stays on the sign-in screen despite the account being removed from the list of users.
How do I get rid of defaultuser0?
