Windows 10: How to get Microsoft Support business support

Called the 800-642-7676 answer machine and answer machine says to submit request online. The webpage does not have many categories. Tried to select something. Paid for support and got email receipt but there is no where further to go.

I checked gigabyte's site on my GA-M57 and it didn't say anything about b3 stepping update, but all of the x3 chips are b3 steppings, so just use the x3 support bios if available.

 

Microsoft support for business buy single incident

I'm trying to buy support for a single incident for Microsoft support for business. I can select my country from the list of countries where I want to receive support. However, when I go to put in payment information, it won't let me change the country for
the credit card billing address from the United States.

How can I purchase an incident without a US credit card?
