Windows 10: how to get access to your samsung without a cable?

Hello, i am in posession of a samsung A32 4g which is broken. The usb-c port doesn't work and the touch-screen doesn't want to work either.I want to transfer some files from this phone to another like my musics or photos but i can't connect the phone to my pc.How could i save my files or better, hoe i coud "fix" the phone?thank you!* Moved from Community Center

Unable to access Teclast tablet on Windows 10 laptop via USB cable

• What is the make and model of your laptop?
• What exactly happens when you try to access the tablet?
• What is the complete error message/ error code of this issue?
• Were you able to detect the tablet on your laptop?

This issue might have occurred due to driver problems on your computer. Let us try few of the below troubleshooting steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: If the device is not detected on your computer try to run
Hardware and Devices troubleshooter as it checks for common problems and makes sure that any new device or hardware connected to your PC is installed correctly.

• Press Windows key from the keyboard, type
  Troubleshooting and select it.
• Click on view all option on the upper left corner of
  Troubleshooting window.
• Select the Hardware and Device
  options from the list.

I plug my HDMI cable into the card, then into my TV. Those are the steps that I have to do. All the steps you list make absolutely no sense to me.
