Windows 10: How to fix this audio problem with RealtekR audio speaker?

It all started when I used my laptop to edit a video on capcut pc. I could only hear the audio of my video when I plugged my earphones in. Once I unplugged them, I couldn't hear the audio when I would use capcut even though the volume mixer and volume settings were set at max. At first, this didn't happen with my other apps/browser that needed to output sound. After I exported the video I was editing, there was no sound if the sound output was through the speaker. I tried to plug my earphones back in and now I could hear the audio. Same goes when I go to youtube, twitter, etc. Help pls T_T i

• Have you tried connecting your speaker/headphone to another device and check if the issue still persists?
• Have you tried connecting another speakers/headphones and check if the issue still persists?

If the issue still persists, we recommend that you run the troubleshooter for Hardware and Devices. This will identify and diagnose technical issues. Follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key + X on your keyboard and select
  Control Panel.
• On the upper right part of the Control Panel window, type
  Troubleshooting.
• Select Troubleshooting.
• Click View all.
• Click Hardware and Devices and follow the prompt to proceed with the troubleshooter.
• Restart your PC and check if the issue still persist.

Audio stuttering after wake

Knowing that you have problems with your audio after waking up from sleep, you can try the following suggestions:



1. Check for Hardware Conflicts:

• Open Device Manager.
  
• Expand the “System devices” category.
  
• Look for any devices with yellow exclamation marks or error messages.
  
• If you find any conflicts, try disabling or uninstalling the conflicting devices.
  

2. Test with External Audio Device:

• Connect an external audio device, such as headphones or speakers, to the computer.
  
• If the audio stuttering persists, it suggests a problem with the Realtek audio device or its drivers.
  

3. Disable Audio Enhancements:

• Go to Control Panel > Sound.
  
• Select the Realtek audio device as the playback device.
  
• Click on the “Properties” button.
  
• Go to the “Enhancements” tab.
  
• Uncheck all the enhancement options.
