Windows 10: How to fix sudden fluctuating internet speed on my ACER ASPIRE C24 Computer?

Its been one month since I've had my new Acer Aspire C24 computer and it has been running great, super fast and there were no connection problems. Suddenly around 3 days ago i noticed a lot of my sites loading and the internet speed fluctuating. This is becoming bad as its wasting a lot of time for me. Its most likely not a router or signal problem due to the room im in because other devices in the room are working completely fine. I have no idea what to do to start fixing this. I've searched online but I have trouble understanding all the technical vocabulary so if any expert could explain th

While I'm not answering your question on a new AV I would suggest as a possible step, upgrading your ram.

Crucial has ram for your device. $40 (not sure about tax or shipping) Your device seems to have one slot so you would need the 4GB stick. As you are using 32bit OS you can only use of 3GB. Crucial says you have one slot for memory and tear down videos seem to confirm this.

Memory is static sensitive. Not as much of an issue when it is humid but still something to be aware of. If you don't want to buy a ground strap touch something that is grounded before starting the procedure and then don't go looking for things. Stay seated and perform. You should be fine.

External ram ??? Even if you could buy you wouldn't have port with sufficient speed to connect.

Fluctuating Download/Upload Internet Speed - up to 50% less

Hi there. I'm trying to troubleshoot my friend's internet speed that goes from ~150-375 Mbps download and ~15-37 Mbps upload. She's paying for 400/40 and the internet repairman said the speeds going into the modem are fine. She's directly connected (no wi-fi)
and the normal speeds are around 220 down/25 up.

The network card has the latest driver (tried uninstall/reinstall), and I've tried some other things (listed here: Top 5 Ways to Fix Slow Internet after Windows 10 Update | Driver Talent), but it doesn't seem to make a difference.
If it does, the proper speeds don't last long so it just could be a coincidence. I know there is always fluctuation in speeds, but over 50% sometimes is too much.
