Windows 10: How to fix kernel event id 55 causing critical error resulting in PC constantly restarting

So my system has been having issues with "randomly" restartingonly restarts when gaming or under load and kernel event id 55 has been displaying issues with power management to each of my CPU cores after each restart if I can even get back on my PC since it'll loop restarts before even booting into windows. This just happened last night with no real cause. I can try and give more info. Hardware isCPU-Ryzen 7 5800xGPU-RTX 3080PSU-Corsair RM850xRam-Corsair 4x8gb 3600mhzMotherboard-Asus Rog Strix B-550-F

In-order to get more clarity on this issue and to assist you with appropriate troubleshooting steps, reply with answers to the below questions:

1. Are you aware of any changes made on your PC, prior to this issue?
   
2. Is this issue specific while playing a particular game?
   
3. Which edition of Windows are you currently using?
   

A Kernel Power Event 41 can occur in the following scenarios.

Scenario 1: The computer restarts, and there is a Stop error BugcheckCode in the event data.

Scenario 2: The computer is shut down by pressing and holding the power button.

Scenario 3: The system randomly restarts and no Stop error BugcheckCode is listed, or the computer is completely unresponsive (hard hang).

I suggest you refer the article on Kernel
Power Event ID 41 and follow the steps for the scenario that is causing this error on your PC.

Additionally, you can refer the article on Windows
Kernel event ID 41 error "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first" in Windows
and check if that helps.

Event ID 41Kernel Power as a critical error .

Thanks for the response, yes I found out that the Kernel ID41error was as a result of the fact I have to hard reboot my laptop once it freezes. The real issue is VSS id 8194 critical error that caused the laptop to freeze so your suggestion on how to
fix that woukd be appreciated.

Thankyou very much for your reply. In relation to your first post, I have carried out steps 10-22 (apart from step 15, I will attempt to leave it running with this tonight). The screenshots are attached. I have also uninstalled the programmes detailed above. Unfortunately, as my laptop is a custom built from PCSpecialist, they do not provide BIOS updates anywhere easily accessible. I will phoen them today and see if there are any updates.
