Windows 10: How to fix High Memory Usage 70~90% Task Manager

im trying this solution: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W381C8XHjAA the soloution in my perspective: poolmon shows that "ismc" is using the most memoryafter i inserted "ismc" into the command prompt, iaStorVD.sys is detected. after i checked iaStorVD.sys in System Infomation>Software Environment> System Drivers. iaStorVD.sys is Intel R Chipset VMD RST Controller service.the solution stated that I delete the driver to fix my issue. but after i did some research, Intel R Chipset VMD RST Controller service seems to be an important system driver and if i delete it can result in bo

My laptop is almost brand new.But am not sure if the memory is working ok , its 70% 2.9GB of 4gb is in use I don't know what programs should I end task or not.Even when surfing with google chrome it goes 70-80%Whats happening ?Is it normal? How can I decrease this ?
