Windows 10: How to fix Error Code 0xc000014c? Almost Tried Every Method

Dear Microsoft Support Community Members, I have had this error 0xc000014c for a month now and almost every solution I tried faced a dead-end, I firstly tried to fix it via startup repair, then command prompt while in safe mode or via a windows 10 installation media using cmd codes to fix it, already tired chkdsk, FixMbr, or any other methods possible for this problem but then I came up with an idea " what happens if I boot my internal hard drive with an SSD then Install Windows on The Internal Hard Drive and fix my problem? googling for the error code for other suggested fixes.

There are advantages / disadvantages or pro and con of each method.

The boot fix method that NavyLDCR suggested using Macrium is excellent for boot repair. If there is an operating system, registry, drive file system, etc. problem this method does not fix them and additional methods are needed.

Kyhi boot rescue is also excellent in that you have a menu of tests that can be performed on an unbootable system.
For example you could test the drive with HD Tune, Sea Tools, etc.

The windows advanced troubleshooting menu takes more steps than the others. It can fix boot, operating system, some registry problems, problems with updates, drive files system, etc. You get to see the command and the response to the command and then decide the next step.

So there are tools in the tools box and some of them can be used to troubleshoot and fix problems.
Many of the steps are going to be trial and error.
The error messages or codes or the response to each command can then lead to the next troubleshooting step.

Error code - 0xc000014c...tried a few things, no luck

Heres my situation...

Dell Inspiron 15 - 3521
Windows 10
Error code - 0xc000014c
I already tried - cmd chkdsk C: /f /x /r twice, no success.

I have the windows disk, just don't know what I do next. If I reinstalled Windows would I lose everything?

Edit, just went through these too on the CMD
bootrec/fixmbr
bootrec/fixboot
bootrec/scanos
bootrec/rebuildbcd - this 1 led to issues however, the question comes up is, "Add installation to boot list? Yes (Y)/No(N)/All(A)......all three options lead to "The requested system device cannot be found."
