Windows 10: How to fix bad local network connections?

When I try to use my desktop for mostly any local internet connection it doesn't connect to the device properly or at all. An example of this would be using a quest 2 with air link but it being very delayed. It does connect to it but with high latency, my computer handles the quest completely fine when connected through a proper usb c cable so it can't be a performance issue. Other devices on the network connect fine to other local devices so i doubt it is a router issue I also have another windows 11 laptop on the network and all of its local connections work correctly. Missing field Connect using in Local Area Connection Properties

Have you tried uninstalling the Network Adapter? Since there is no properties in the Local Area Connection, we suggest that you uninstall the Network Adapter. Follow the steps below:

• Press Windows Key + R.
• Type devmgmt.msc.
• Right click on the Network Adapter.
• Select Uninstall.
• Select Ok.
• Select Scan for Hardware changes.

Ethernet Light Orange/ "Local Area Network" Not in Network List

Last night I noticed my ethernet light on the back of my computer was orange. I did some research to find the reason. Some websites said it was an increased connection speed. Others said a problem with the connection.
The local area network is no longer in the list of network connections and the other computer in my house has a green light on the ethernet port.
I've used all the cmd.exe ipconfig steps suggested by websites. Flush dns, reset dns, etc. I've also used the network troubleshooter in windows10 which told me a problem was not found.
Nothing seems to change the light back to green. Can someone help me find the problem so I can fix it?
