Windows 10: how to find more option if toggle above appear?

Radeon Overlay not displaying all options

Ok, I got a question. The options to hide the overlay are confusing. What are the steps to turn on the overlay in-game? Not interested in logging much at the moment. Is Alt-R part of turning it on/off?

 

Toggle keys stopped working after Windows 10 update

This issue may arise when the toggle option is turned off in the settings page.

I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if that helps to resolve the issue.

• Access Settings from Start Menu.
• From Settings, click
  Ease of Access.
• Select Keyboard from the options.
• Cast a glance at the right pane of Keyboard. you can see
  Toggle Keys option with a slider.
• Switch the slider to On mode and activate the feature.

Toggling languages

Sorry, it didn't work.

Now I have ENG INTL as a third option.

no change in:

Time & language > Language & region, Language:

• Windows display language - English (United Kingdom) appear there, no option to edit it
  
• Preferred languages - only English (United State) and עברית (=Hebrew)
  

Time & language > Typing > Advanced keyboard settings also lists only "English (United State) - US" and "Hebrew - Hebrew (Standard)".

How to get rid of the third option ENG INTL from toggling, as it adds another toggle?
