Windows 10: How to delete ms account postal address

My microsoft account has an old postal sddress that I need to delete. It says This address is being used for your developer account, please contact us to change it, but when I follow the link I cannot find where to do this,

I had a lumia 800 and contacts included phone numbers and postal addresses.



I have transfered my contacts to my lumia 930 however there is no postal addresses. They are still on the contact tab of my hotmail account.



Where and how do I access these addresses on the phone? I have checked Microsoft store and there is no such app for address book.

Postal addresses not synchronising from Outlook

I can't work out how to edit my own post so have to use Reply - sorry.

I found a work-around - I deleted all the contacts from the phone, then synced with Outlook again and this time got the postal addresses.

But I don't want to do this every time as it takes ages - I need to know how to re-sync without losing all the postal addresses.

I tried Ovi suite too but that was awful - and didn't help with the address problem.

 

Change Microsoft Account Details in Administrator Account


Hi Daryl, welcome to the Ten Forums.

It's quite easy in fact, simply switch the account in question first to a local account, then switch back to a Microsoft account, this time using your wife's MS account credentials.

Notice that before doing this you need to remove the new additional MS account on the PC, the one you created with her credentials. Windows allows only one user account for each email address, if the new account exists you cannot switch the original administrator account to an MS account using the same email address.
