Windows 10: How to bypass app is currently not available in your account.

Here’s the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001I want to install a game which is not available on the Microsoft Store anymore I somehow manage to get the game file online but when I tried to install and open it, I got this error message. There's no option to buy the game. Can anyone tell me how can I remove this error message and be able to play the game properly?

Local account installation question

I'm fairly certain that Skip this step was available in 10.0.130 - the workaround in Step 20 (back button) is no longer required.

The currently known, as of 10.0.130, ways to create a Local account sign-in are

• Skip this step at the MS account creation phase
• No Internet connection during the install
• static IP (post# 2 by Fragment) - New (to me anyway)

how to bypass user account control function on a specific app in windows 10

Using windows 10 I want to boot up a specific app which will bypass the user account control function that asks for permission to proceed. Any suggestions?
