How do you get into a Windows 10 Surface Pro that has a locked screen with a picture of a battery on the screen?It's connected to a new charger and keypad lights are on.I cannot get past the locked screen.Help!

• Open File Explorer and navigate to C:\Windows\Web.
• You'll find separate folders labeled Wallpaper and Screen.
• Screen folder contains images for Windows 10 lock screen.

• When you say that "I can't activate it again.", are you referring that you are not able to Activate Windows 10?

Help! Can't change Lock Screen picture!

Hi, For some reason, since upgrading to Win 10 Pro 20H2, I am unable to set a custom lock screen picture. I can go to Settings\Personalization\Lock Screen and make my desired selection, but the system never honors that selection. I've even tried briefly changing my user permissions to Administrator...but still, no luck. (NOTE: I have no problem setting a desired custom desktop background picture....I just can't change the Lock Screen picture.)
