Windows 11 Keyboard trouble-shooter is missing

I am having issues with my 2023 ASUS Zephyrus Duo laptop crashing (no BSOD just a reboot) and then the built in keyboard no longer working.

The first recommended step is to run the Keyboard troubleshooter in "Additional Troubleshooters", however "Keyboard Troubleshooter" is not listed.

In System> Troubleshoot > Other trouble-shooters

I have:

Most Frequent

Audio

Network and Internet

Printer

Windows Update

Other

Background Intelligent Transfer Service

Bluetooth

Camera

Program Compatibility Troubleshooter

Video Playback

Windows Media Player

So my question is why is the keyboard troubleshooter not listed and how can I get it installed.

I have performed an in-place repair of Windows 11 but the problem persists.

OS build 22621.2134 Windows 11 Home 22H2

Windows Update Trouble Shooter

When running the Windows Update Trouble shooter It states there are 2 problems 1. Services Registration is missing or corupt 2.Check for pending updates. Then it states do you know there are pending updates ? Then it says to apply this fix so I do I click
on to apply the fix then after doing the fix it says 1. Fixed Service Registration that was missing or corupt. and 2. Fixed Check for pending updates. Then it shows problem with BITS Service.The requested service has already been started. More help is available
by typing NET HELPMSG 2182 It don't tell or show where I am suppose to type NET HELPMSG 2182 to be able to get more help.Even though this states that the 2 problems are fixed I can run this Trouble Shooterover again it tells me I have the same two problems
again which were suppose to have been fixed the first time when I ran the trouble shooter. How am I to fix any problems when the trouble shooter is not working ? and where am I suppose to Type NET HELPMSG 2182 at to get more help ?
