Windows 10: how do you allow yourself to change the wallpaper after the update?

How you dare microsoft? Im totally disagree about your intrusion in my desktop, you don't seem to have respect of your costumers. And before you say to me that's an option i can disable, i say to you that's an option i never enable.

As an initial troubleshooting step, I suggest you to restart the computer and check if you are able to successfully change the lock screen wallpaper.

  From Desktop, right click and select
  Personalize.

  In Personalization window, click on
  Lock Screen in the left pane.

  And choose wallpaper you would like to apply for the lock screen by choosing the browse option.

Set wallpaper with local policy but allow changing

I would like to set a wallpaper with local policy in windows 10 but allow changing how can I do this the only setting I have found is "desktop wallpaper" which sets a default wallpaper but doesnt allow changing I want to allow changing

• Was it done automatically or did you do the update manually?
• What is the current build and version that is installed on your PC?
• Is the wallpaper the only thing that was affected by the upgrade?
• When you mentioned that you can't keep the background, do you mean to say that you can specify one but it goes away?
  

To check if you have the other wallpapers available, kindly do these steps:

• Click on Start and type Settings on the
  Search bar.
• Click on Personalization.
• Click on Background.
