How do I upgrade from personal subscription to family subscription

Personal and work subscriptions

One of our staff downloaded a personal subscription for office rather than using one of the device allowances that we have already subscribed to.

Is there a way of updating their subscription to our work subscription and cancelling their personal account without deleting office and re-downloading it?

My personal subscription has expired and have been added to a family subscription. I have no access to Office 365. How do I activate office in the family subscription?

My subscription expired. I had been added to a family subscription before it expired. I expected it to roll over into the family subscription. I can see my profile in the family subscription but I have no access to Office 365. When I go to packages and subriptions in my account it offers me a new subscription package. When I follow other prompts like signing into Office 365 it keeps going back to setting up Office. I left it running overnight it still didn't finish.

With the Meet Now feature in Skype, it’s easy to connect over video (for free) with up to 50 people in just a few clicks.

Become a better writer—Our desire and need to communicate during this time has not diminished, it has simply shifted. Quick café catch-ups are now social media discussions, and chats with coworkers are IMs. This is where Microsoft Editor can be a huge help. Now available as a browser extension in Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome, Editor offers writing assistance whether you are relaying a story on Facebook, writing an email to your child’s teacher, or posting on Twitter. Across the web, Microsoft Editor is your virtual assistant to help you write more clearly and concisely.
