Windows 10: How do I uninstall MapsGalaxy in Windows 10 an earlier suggestion was not successful.

I am attempting to uninstall MapsGalaxy from Windows 10 as this apparently non-malware app I believe can be causing disruption to my program. I have already received one suggestion which was not successful as the app is not listed in the system. I have so far been unable to find a reply to my response to this. Many thanks.
