Windows 10: How do I uninstall HP Print Scan Doctor Keeps waking my PC up

I installed the HP Print Scan Doctor a long time ago. However, I don't have the printer anymore and so I deleted the .exe file and the folder containing it. Even though I uninstalled it, it keeps waking my computer up, as I've checked in cmd powercfg. I've no idea where this program is, as even the file location in task scheduler shows a folder that doesn't exist in my C drive. I've even used third party applications to try and remove it to no avail. I've reinstalled it to uninstall it later but this didn't work either. Please help.

Performed the Instructions (step by step) an I'm sorry to say, The problem was not fixed. I will attempt to describe the problem better.

The Problem: I cannot open the 'hp Print and Scan Doctor' application. When I click on the icon, the 'hp Print and Scan Doctor' page appears and the progress indicator starts to move from left to right, but at about 40% the indicator hangs-up, therefore,
I can never get the application open to complete the diagnostic test that it was designed to run.

The question that I posted has been answered. Microsoft says that the application is compatible with Windows 10; HP tells me that ‘HP Print and Scan Doctor’ is compatible with Windows 10; therefore it must be compatible. Right! Well, my question
was answered but my problem still exists. ‘HP Print and Scan Doctor’ does not work properly on either one of my desktop PCs. The application opens, finds the printer, and then begins to communicate with my printer. The problem occurs during the communicating
process. The progress indicator rapidly proceeds to 40% (approximately) and then hangs-up. On one occasion I allowed it to attempt to complete the communicating process for 7 hours. It never did complete the process.

So now I’m asking a different question. “Why can’t I get the HP Print and Scan Doctor application to work properly on either one of my Windows 10 Computers?

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the application (HP Print and Scan Doctor) and the printer driver several (approx. 10) times. And the problem persists.
