Windows 10: How do i turn on ultimate performance mode on Windows 11?

I tried the command prompt method and the output was "Power Scheme GUID: 3f416fa1-77c3-45f4-958b-c6cdba69abd9 Ultimate Performance", however, the option for ultimate performance did not show as an option on control panel. I also tried importing the power plan file through PowerShell which gave an output that it was successful, but still didn't show up on control panel. I then tried restoring all the power plans and repeating the above procedures but also to no avail. I've also noticed that the balanced power plan is the only available power plan on control panel. I'm using a dell vostro 15

Windows 10 Ultimate Performance mode

Hi,

I enabled the Ultimate Performance mode on my Windows 10 laptop (21H1 update) and ran Cinebench R23 to check the performance of the CPU in this mode. However, I was left quite disappointed.
The Multi-core and Single-core scores I got was exactly the same that I had got when I had run with High Performance mode enabled. One thing I observed was the all CPU cores was being run at its highest frequency (3.4 GHz) even when the laptop was idling in Ultimate mode.

Can anyone explain how the Ultimate mode works and in which scenarios it might prove handy?

HI, I realize that the Ultimate Performance Power Mode isn't enabled for devices with batteries but, is there a way to force enable it anyways?
