  1. How do I turn off "Link your phone to your PC" notifications from the Link to Windows...

Android phone keeps showing a notification to "link your phone to your PC", and there is no way to turn off the notifications for the "Link to Windows Service". I don't want to link my phone to Windows, and I want the notifications to stop. Please advise.I would post screenshots, but the screenshots are failing to upload to this forum post for some reason..Phone Notification:"Link your phone to your PCSee your text messages, notifications, and photos on your PC."Holding on the notification shows a button to Turn off Notifications, but it's disabled, and a button to open Settings. The Settings

How can I disable the "Link your Phone and PC" notification in Windows 10?

The new "Continue on PC" feature that came with the Windows 10 Fall Creators Update also includes a notification that pops up saying "Link your Phone and PC". Answering no or clearing the notification gets rid of it, but after some amount of time and/or a reboot, it continuously comes back.

Presumably, if you actually install the app to link your phone it will stop giving you the notification, and I am also aware that you can completely disable suggestion notifications; however, I do not wish to use the phone link feature and I would prefer not to disable all future suggestions, as I could possibly be interested in one of them. Is there a way to specifically disable a single specific suggestion notification?

  3. Link To Windows Not Showing Notifications For Phone Anymore

    Hi Thompson,

I am Sumit here to assist you with this question.

Notifications sync irrespective of the device model. There are other certain features that work only with Samsung specific models.

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/troub...

    I’m not receiving any notifications

You won’t see any notifications if:

Your laptop battery is low, or Battery saver has been turned On.

If Focus assist (previously known as Quiet Hours) is turned on. Learn how to turn Focus assist off

For some Android devices, your Battery Optimization settings may interrupt your connection. We recommend turning it off in the Link to Windows app on your Android device.

Open Android Settings > Apps & notifications > App info > Link to Windows > Advanced > Battery > Manage Battery Usage > Battery optimization. Scroll down to Link to Windows and then select Don't optimize.

On select Android devices, the steps may be as follows:

Open Android Settings > Apps > Link to Windows > Battery > Optimize battery usage. Select All from the drop-down list, scroll to find Link to Windows, and turn the toggle Off.

Note: If you have a Samsung device and are using Secure Folders, apps and files saved there won't display notifications in the Phone Link app. They'll appear only on your Android device.

    My notifications have stopped syncing

Notifications work independently to other Phone Link features like messaging and photos. When they stop working, resetting the notification permissions should start the syncing process again.

    On your Android device:

Go to Settings and search for Notification access.

Find Link to Windows in the list and toggle it off and then on again.

A popup will appear. Select Allow when prompted.

    On your PC:

Open the Phone Link app and choose Notifications.

Wait for your notifications to refresh — they should now sync normally.

Keep us posted on the progress.
