Windows 10: How do i turn of caret browsing?

So i accidentally turned caret browsing on and now i cannot turn it off! Like whenever i press f7 it only decreases volume. Please somebody help, this is very annoying :

arrow keys instead of the mouse. If the message to turn on Caret Browsing pops up, you will see a blue border on either
Yes or No. Use use the left or right arrow keys to change the selection, and then press
Enter to confirm your choice. You can also use the Tab
key on the keyboard.

Try the below steps to disable caret browsing and let know if it helped.

1. Close all Internet Explorer or Windows Explorer windows.

2. Open Internet Explorer by clicking the Start button, and then clicking Internet Explorer.

3. Click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options.

4. Click the Advanced tab, and clear the check box for Enable caret browsing for new windows and tabs.

5. Click on OK button.
