Windows 10: How do I stop the Snipping Tool from randomly activating?

In Windows 11, recently the Snipping Tool has started to randomly activate without being opened by me. Although I followed instructions to repair it in Settings, it has started doing it again today, and it activates frequently--every 5-30 seconds. It interrupts typing and I have to click the screen to make it go away and let me continue working. It has activated more than a dozen times while I was typing this.How do I fix this?

Please try this:

Step 1:

Click Start, and type Snipping Tool.

Right-click Snipping Tool from the search results, and click App Settings

Click Reset,

Click Repair.

Note: In Windows 11, there is no Snip and Sketch. It comes pre-installed with the new Snipping Tool (which replaces the old Snipping Tool and Snip & Sketch apps)

Step 2:

Turn off Focus assist if it's enabled

Step 3:

Open Services.msc and make sure that the following services are set to "Automatic" and running:

• Windows Push Notifications System Service
  
• Windows Push Notifications User Service

To resolve your concern about the issue, please follow the steps below:

• Right click on the Task Bar, and select
  Task Manager.
• Look for Snipping Tool, and click the End task button.
