Windows 10: How do I solve Windows Script Host loadng your settings failed access is denied?

I have this issue for a very long time now and it is very annoying,I tried youtube and other tutorials and it is still appearing and multiple appear when i boot up my pc. Can anyone please help me fix this issue? Thanks!I don't know the topic so I put settings, sorry if that tripped you out.

Hi i've looked online but can't find an answer to this i have a popup on startup and it just doesn't stop popping up. the message is ' Execution of the windows script host failed {access is denied} i've run virus scans and altered the registry changing the vbs file as described online but to no avail. anyone had the same message i've seen online 'disabled ' but not access denied
