Windows 10: How do I set up Hyper-V paravirtualization with an AMD gpu?

I have two questions, firstly is paravirtualization on Hyper-V possible with a Radeon 6700? The second is a bit longer, I’ve tried setting up paravirtualization with the above gpu multiple times. I’ve followed around 5 online guides, repeatedly. I’ve copied my driver files, all files that show up in device manager for my gpu to my VM’s sys32, disabled enhanced-sessions, disabled checkpoints, used multiple scripts others have made to do the partition and the assignment, checked over all bios settings multiple times, i even asked chat-gpt and did EVERYTHING it told me to try. 1. in Control Panel : select Programs and Features.
   
2. Select : Turn Windows features on or off.
   
3. Expand Hyper-V >> expand Hyper-V Platform
   
4. and then, remove the : Hyper-V Hypervisor check box.

Hyper-V, please create a backup of your files for security purposes.

To disable Hyper-V, please follow the steps below:

• On the Cortana search box, type Turn Windows Features on or off and press
  Enter.
• Look for the Hyper-V folder.
• Uncheck the tick-box next to the main Hyper-V folder and click
  OK.
• Restart your PC.
